Amazingly close to the beach. Such a lovely building & superb breakfast, staff were so lovely & welcoming, would... definitely go back to them (there's a sausage hiding under my bacon) Xxread more

We had only one night here. Our room was on the second floor; the stairs were very narrow and steep, narrow doorways,... and our room and ensuite were tiny.The bed was a good size, and comfortable. Space around it was minimal, no room to lie both our suitcases down.It was a very hot night, enough to make it very difficult to sleep. Leaving the window open, we couldn't sleep because of the incessant seagull squawking (all night); closing the window made it too hot to sleep.There was also a moderate amount of noise (footsteps and occasional voices) from rooms beside and above us. After a very long night we left very early, omitting the free breakfast.read more

What a wonderful experience. Our family of three stayed there and could not be any happier. The location was quite... good, the room was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, and will definitely come back here again.read more

Very relaxing and homely

Liked · The room was excellent and comfortable. Great value for money. I got a full cooked breakfast in the morning and all the staff were super attentive and made sure I was happy and comfortable. The facilities were very clean. I could not fault this stay and would recommend it highly.

Would recommend this. Lovely staff and breakfast. Clean and a great location and price.

Liked · Excellent breakfast included in price, staff very smiley, attentive and lovely. Excellent location across road from sealife centre and pier. It was easy to find and was clean and quiet re other guests.

Disliked · Window in my bedroom was jammed open – noise from street and seagulls at could be heard loudly overnight. Otherwise a perfect and simple stay.
