Very good value for money.
Liked · The location: 15 minutes walk from the Brighton train station, 7 minutes to the Pier, close to the center.
Staff: very friendly and wellcoming
Breakfast: basic but it’s fine given the fact that it was simply included into the price of the room.
The room:
✓ very clean in the room and the shower/bathroom
✓ very comfortable beds (even children mentioned that), more than enough of pillows, spare blankets, towels.
✓ small but functioning TV, cups/kettle/tea/coffee/cookies appreciated
✓ no lift and narrow stairs made it difficult to take the buggy upstairs, but fine for couple of days
✓ single glazing windows allowed all the street noises in but not too many people chose our street at night
✓ not very sound-proof, but neighbours were not too loud
OVERALL: We’ll come back.

Liked · I stayed at the guesthouse with a friend to vistit another friend and unfortunately I got ill. The staff were so kind and borrowed us a hairdryer, adapters for the socket and even a heater because I wasn´t feeling well. They even let our friend come to the room, because we were not able to go outside a lot. The breakfast was a fully english breakfast and the location was perfect- just close to everything. I normally do not write reviews, but this time it was a special issue to me.

Liked · Everything staff were wonderful completely accomadating looked after luggage be for and after log in so could have extra time enjoying Brighton even cups of tea etc already booked again
